Cyber Defence Pilot Course Development Scheme
The aim of this framework contractt is the provision of cyber defence pilot courses comprising the design, development, conduct and evaluation of pilot cyber defence ETE courses and events. Additionally a pilot course development scheme shall be provided with the objective to analyse and develop the concept and practicalities of implementing standardized cyber courses and associated ETE products and services across Member States for sustained delivery through the ESDC’s ETEE Platform. The pilot courses shall deliver training objectives including syllabuses, methodologies and tools to train appropriate staff within Member States’ HQs and at the EU-level. The contract shall deliver products enabling ESDC to plan, prepare, conduct and evaluate cyber defence courses.
Place of performance shall be the Contractor's premises and EDA's premises or any other place indicated in the tender specifications.
