The Council on Ethics for the Government Pension Fund of Norway advises Norges Bank to exclude enterprises from the Government Pension Fund, the Sovereign Pension Fund Foreign portfolio. The Council on Ethics shall enter into an agreement for access to a database with ESG related information and accusations against companies included in the Government Pension Fund, the Sovereign Pension Fund Foreign (Norwegian: SPU) portfolio.
The Council on Ethics requests continuous monitoring of enterprises in SPU's portfolio. The result from the monitoring should be generatable for the users of the database if deemed necessary or presented in a report every other month to the Council on Ethics.

Requirement: Paid taxes and duties.
Documentation: Shall only be presented upon request.
Norwegian companies: Tax certificate, not older than six months calculated from the tender deadline. Any deviation must be explained.

Requirement: Tenderers must demonstrate relevant experience from minimum three equivalent assignments during the last 3 years. Similar assignments mean assignments as described in Appendix 2.

Tenderers must give a list of similar assignments provided during the last 3 years.
Relevant assignments will be services of similar nature, complexity and/or scope as requested in this tender document and in Appendix 2 to the contract.
