Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Türelement: Aufgrund der Anforderungen des Betreibers der Gastronomie ist eine Türe in der Gastro-Fassade erforderlich, das einflügelige Türelement ist nun in der Schiebtür-Fassade integriert. Zudem sind Maßnahmen für die Ertüchtigung in RC2, sowie aktualisierte Anforderungen an die Türtechnik notwendig. Zusätzlicher Umbau Fassadenanschlüsse: Aufgrund einer Deckenkonstruktion mit Weitspannträgern durch das Trockenbaugewerk muss der Anlagenträger der F30-Fensterbänder im Bereich WT EG Ostansicht an die neue Situation angepasst werden, am unteren Anschluss sind Maßnahmen erforderlich, die in Zusammenhang mit Unebenheiten der Wände im Bestand stehen. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers kann aus technischen Gründennicht erfolgen.
