Predmet javnega naročila je mednarodna anketa podjetij, izvedena z uporabo računalniško podprtega telefonskega anketiranja CATI computer-assisted telephone interviewing. Izbrani ponudnik bo najprej izvedel pilotno raziskavo, nato pa glavno raziskavo v obsegu, ki omogoča pridobitev 2 005 intervjujev s popolnoma izpolnjenim vprašalnikom iz 8 evropskih držav. Izbrani izvajalec bo moral na podlagi predloženega vprašalnika naročnika pridobiti naslednje število v celoti izpolnjenih vprašalnikov:

— Po vsaj 310 v celoti izpolnjenih vprašalnikov iz vsake od naslednjih držav: Francije, Nemčije in Združenega kraljestva ter

— Po vsaj 215 v celoti izpolnjenih vprašalnikov iz vsake od naštetih držav: Danske, Finske, Grčije, Norveške in Slovenije.
