The procurement is for a landscape design for AMIDS core site (Netherton Campus), Paisley.

The services are structured on the work stages from the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 and include the following:

Stage 1: project preparation and brief;

Stage 2: concept design;

Stage 3: design development;

Stage 4: technical design;

Stage 5: construction;

Stage 6: hand over.

Full details of the project outline and the scope of services is included in the document entitled ‘RC-CPU-19-102 ITT’ attached to the suppliers attachment area for the project on the PCS-tender system.

The Council is using the open procedure to procure a consultant.
