II.1.4)Short description:

Acordul- cadru are în vedere achizitionarea alimentelor necesare unei bune desfasurari a activității Cantinei din campusul studentesc „Tudor Vladimirescu” din Iasi și transportul acestora, prin procedura de licitație deschisă cu JOUE cu desfășurare on-line. Acordul-cadrul va avea o perioadă de valabilitate de 6 luni, începând cu data semnării de către ambele parți a contractului de furnizare de produse. primul contract subsecvent se va încheia după semnarea acordului cadru și va avea o perioadă de valabilitate de 3 luni din momentul semnării de către ambele părți cu o pondere de 80% din toată cantitatea aferentă acordului- cadru;al doilea va fi încheiat în funcție de nevoia autorității contractante având o pondere de 20% din cantitatea aferentă acordului- cadru și cu o perioadă de valabilitate care poate depăși perioada de valabilitate a acordului- cadru conform prevederilor art. 107, alin 4 din HG 395/2016 . Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 5 zile. Pentru solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare care au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunţul de participare, răspunsul clar si complet al autorităţii contractante la aceste solicitări va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
