A study is to be carried out by a contractor to support the commission in the evaluation of Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17.4.2013 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure (hereinafter ‘TEN-E Regulation’). The requested analysis must be evidence-based, drawn from a range of sources and, where possible, provide quantitative analysis, if and how far objectives have been met. It should take due account of the results of previous studies carried out which are of relevance for that regulation.
