Die Grundschule an der Augustastraße wird erweitert und saniert. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind der Einbau von Holz-Innentüren mit Stahlzargen und Holz- Innenfensterbänken in den Bestandsgebäuden und im Anbau im Rahmen der Erweiterung und Sanierung der Grundschule Augustastraße.

Es handelt sich um ein zusammenhängendes Gebäudeensemble aus unterschiedlichen Baujahren - der erste Teil ist 1899 errichtet worden, daran anschließend der Gebäudeteil aus dem Jahr 1914 und der dritte Gebäudeteil aus dem Jahr 1958. Der 1958 er Bauteil erhält noch einen Anbau. Die Gebäude werden mit einer

Schadstoffsanierung und einem Teilabbruch für die anschließenden Arbeiten vorbereitet. Die gesamten Türen und Zargen sowie Fensterbänke sind nach Abbruch und Schadstoffsanierung neu einzubauen.
