Das zur Vergabe zu empfehlende Angebot ist das Angebot, welches nach formeller und rechnerischer Prüfung in der Summe der Anlagenerrichtung und Wartung das wirtschaftlichste Angebot ist. Es werden in diesem Verfahren ausschließlich die Leistungen zur Anlagenerrichtung vergeben.

Der Auftraggeber arbeitet mit einem dynamischen Bauzeitenplan. Die oben unter "Laufzeit des Vertrages" genannten Termine zu Baubeginn und Bauende sind deshalb unverbindlich. Es wird auf Ziffer 1 der Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen (FB 214) und auf Ziffern 10.10 und 10.11 der Weiteren Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen des AG (WBVB) in den Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
