Zadavatel je povinen námitky vyřídit do 10 dnů. Návrh je nutné doručit ÚOHS i zadavateli do 10 dnů od doručení rozhodnutí zadavatele o námitkách nebo do 25 dnů od odeslání námitek, pokud zadavatel o námitkách nerozhodl.
