Neubau eines Labor-Verfügungsgebäude für den Fachbereich Chemie der Technischen Universität Darmstadt am Standort Lichtwiese.

— BGF: ca. 2 800 qm,

— BRI: ca. 12 600 cbm 5 oberirdische Geschosse.

Es werden einzelne Ausschreibungen und eine funktionale Ausschreibung mit mehreren Gewerken durchgeführt.

Näheres ist den einzelnen Bekanntmachungen für die jeweiligen Gewerke zu entnehmen. Es werden die Leistungen gemäß VOB / A § 7 c in einer funktionalen Ausschreibungen zusammengefasst. Die Beschreibung der Leistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausstattungen erfolgt über Muster-Leistungsverzeichnisse jedoch ohne Massen. Die Ausschreibung des Rohbau der Ebene 0 erfolgt dagegen mit Massen.

Wesentliche Gewerke werden sein:

— Erdarbeiten, Laborausstattung, Außenanlagen, funktional Modulbau-Rohbau-TGA.
