The statistical services forming the subject of this invitation to tender are divided into the following lots:

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The main objective of the lot ‘Methodological support’ is to provide methodological support in all statistical areas from process design to data dissemination. Most likely, emphasis will be put in the coming 4 years on statistical areas related to data validation, data analytics, data visualisation/dissemination and new methods for new data sources integration (e.g.: big data or smart statistics).

The volume of the total market for lot 1 is estimated at 3 200 person-days per year of duration, which equals 12 800 person-days over the maximum contract duration (4 years).

The main objective of the lot ‘Methodological help desk’ is to provide methodological support in all statistical areas from process design to data dissemination. This lot also covers support to Eurostat's quality assessment of statistical production processes, evaluation of ESSnet project deliverables, and awareness rising and coaching on current and new statistical methods and tools.

The volume of the total market for lot 2 is estimated at 600 person-days per year of duration, which equals 2 400 person-days over the contract duration (4 years).
