Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Občine naročnice so dosegle dogovor, da bo za SKLOP 1 upravičenec garancije za dobro izvedbo pogodbenih obveznosti zgolj občina Rogašovci, Rogašovci 14 b, SI9262 Rogašovci. Navedena sprememba ne predstavlja bistvene spremembe pogodbe v skladu s četrtim odstavkom 95. člena.
