Provision of services for building up a collection of museum objects
To fulfil its mission (collecting and exhibition), the House of European History will continue to build up a collection of its own. Part of this collection will be acquired by purchase, other parts by e.g. loans or donations. The House of European History is looking for an intermediary to provide services for building up the collection.
The Contractor's services will be performed on the premises of the Contractor.
The Contractor may be required to travel in Europe and, occasionally, outside on other continents.
The HEH is looking for an intermediary to provide services for building up the collection. The framework contract will cover the following services:
1. assistance in research and/or searching objects for the collection;
2. provision of expertise;
3. broker services for acquiring museum objects including delivery.
The duration of the contract may not exceed 4 years from the date of entry into force. Exceptionally, it can be prolonged by 1 or more year.
