The study is expected to provide theoretical and empirical analysis of how professional regulation in health and business services (entry and conduct requirements) impacts the attainment of public interest objectives pursued by this regulation.
Professionals' incentives in health professions: behavioural economics approach
The study should provide the necessary background information to contribute to the understanding of factors determining or influencing the quality of professional services in the EU. This is fully in line with the Commission’s endeavour to develop a solid knowledge base to underpin the regulatory framework for professional services.
