The Applicant must provide the following information:

- The undertaking's solvency ratio for the last three financial years available.

- The undertaking's equity for the last three financial years available.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

- The Applicant's average solvency ratio in the last three financial years available must be positive. The solvency ratio is calculated as follows: (equity/total assets) * 100.

- The Applicant's average equity for the last three financial years available must be positive.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Applicant must describe references.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

- Applicants must have relevant experience within the category(ies) for which the Applicant is applying for admission. Applicants must thus describe three (3) appropriate references within the past three (3) years. Three (3) references must be described within each of the categories for which the Applicant is applying for admission.

Appropriate references means similar tasks that include deliveries to both the public and private sectors, as well as individual deliveries and deliveries under framework agreements.

Each reference must contain:

o Description of the delivery

o Name of the customer

o Value

o Delivery date and/or framework agreement period (start and end date)

If not completed and the end date is not known, state that the agreement is in progress under "Description".
