Description of renewals:

Der Vertrag beginnt voraussichtlich ab dem 01.07.2022 und dauert bis zum 30.06.2023. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer optionalen Vertragsverlängerung seitens des AGs um 3-mal je 12 Monate (bis längstens 30.06.2026). Der AG hat dem AN die Inanspruchnahme der jeweiligen Verlängerungsoption spätestens drei Monate vor dem Auslaufen der regulären Vertragslaufzeit schriftlich anzuzeigen.

Mit Erreichen der Maximalabnahmemenge ist der AN nicht mehr verpflichtet Abrufe aus der Rahmenvereinbarung anzunehmen. Der AG hat bei Erreichen der Maximalabnahmemenge das Recht, die Rahmenvereinbarung vor Erreichen der vertraglich vereinbarten Laufzeit ohne Einhaltung einer Frist zu kündigen.

Vom Vertragsende unberührt bleibt die Verpflichtung des ANs zur vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung der im Vertragszeitraum erfolgten Einzelaufträge.
