Operation and Maintenance of District Heating at Calside Paisley
The Council require a contractor to operate a biomass district heating system including supplying fuel, plant operation and maintenance, responsive maintenance including all call-outs and provision of metering and billing services, serving 457 flats in 11 separate Buildings which form the Calside District Heating Scheme in Paisley.
Calside estate within Paisley, Renfrewshire.
The Council will have the option to extend for a further one (1) year on three (3) occasions (4 + 1 + 1 + 1).
Professional ability: 50 %
Optimising efficiency: 20 %
Staff and subcontractors: 30 %
Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
