Acord-cadru de furnizare si livrare produse alimentare (5 loturi) necesare pentru beneficiarii institutionalizati din centrele din subordinea

autoritatii contractante DGASPC Sibiu, conform caietului de sarcini.

Valoarea Acordului-Cadru include si transportul produselor alimentare la centrele din subordinea autoritatii contractante DGASPC Sibiu.

Operatorii economici au la dispozitie 4(patru) zile de la data publicarii anuntului de participare la procedura de licitatie deschisa pentru a solicita clarificari sau alte informatii, autoritatea contractanta stabilind urmatoarele șase-șapte zile, după cele 4 zile de solicitari clarificari, ca fiind termenul limita pentru raspunsurile la clarificari, astfel încadrându-ne în prevederile art.160 alin.(1) si (2) coroborat cu art.161 din Legea nr.98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
