The EEA wishes to enter into a framework contract with an experienced service provider to deliver man-guarding services and other security related services as well as reception and mail internal distribution services, in order to ensure the security and safety of its premises, staff, visitors and operations enabling to fulfil its mandate.

Purchase and/or maintenance of security and access control systems are part of the scope of this call for tenders.

The EEA considers that it will require the provisions of a various range of services, such as:

— provisions of maintenance and repairs of security systems and equipment and supply of security and safety consumables and equipment,

— man guarding: protective security to the EEA premises, staff, equipment and operations,

— provision of security reception services,

— mail internal distribution services.
