II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Tarvittavat asiantuntijat ovat projektipäälliköitä Hätäkeskuslaitoksen IT-projekteihin sekä asiantuntijat Hätäkeskuslaitoksen tietoteknisten palvelujen kehittämisen tueksi LEAN-, Jira- ja Confluence-tehtäviin ja palvelumuotoiluun.

Kilpailutus koski sopimuskautta (ks. liite Hankintasopimus). Sopimuskausi on kolme (3) vuotta ja yhdeksän (9) kuukautta. Toimeksiannoista sovitaan sopimuskauden aikana.

Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus on sopimuskauden aikana yhteensä 350-400 henkilötyöpäivää per vuosi. Esitetyt työmääräarviot eivät ole hankintayksikköä sitovia.
