II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Vertragsgegenstand ist die Einführung, d.h. Konzeptionierung, Überlassung der Software auf Zeit (SW Subscription, Mindestvertragsdauer 4 Jahre), Customizing, Installation, Integration und Softwarepflege einer modularen Metadatenmanagementlösung zur Sammlung, Verarbeitung und Analyse von Metadaten der in der Anwendungslandschaft der BDBOS verarbeiteten Geschäftsdaten.. Die BDBOS erwartet eine Gesamtlösung aus einer Hand, diese soll alle erforderlichen Module und Funktionen vollumfänglich integriert über eine Plattform bereitstellen und mit den erforderlichen Services gesamtheitlich betrieben werden. Die Softwarelösung soll weitestgehend als angepasste Standardsoftware eingeführt werden. Die Lösung wird in der Hochsicherheits-IT-Umgebung (VS-V-Umgebung) der AG installiert und betrieben und ist flexibel skalierbar und erweiterbar. Optionale Beratungsleistungen und Services sind im Vertragszeitraum zubuchbar.
