Die Verlängerung der bestehenden Serviceplattform konnte zeitnah nur vom bisherigen Auftragnehmer geleistet werden. Ein Wechsel wäre technisch komplex und mit erheblichen Risiken, sowie hinsichtlich der Verfügbarkeit als auch der Kosten verbunden gewesen.
