Tarjouspyyntö sisältää seuraavat osat;

vuodeosastosängyt (500 kpl), tehohoitosängyt (10 kpl), tehovalvontasängyt (47 kpl), erikoisraskaiden potilaiden sängyt (5 kpl), nuorisosängyt (40 kpl), pinnasängyt ( 30 kpl), vastasyntyneiden sängyt (80 kpl), synnytyssängyt (5 kpl) sekä kuljetuspaarit (100 kpl).

Määrät ovat arvioita eivätkä sido ostajaa.

Hankittava määrä voi olla suurempi tai pienempi.

Sopimuksella hankitaan Tulevaisuuden sairaalan potilassängyt sekä paarit aikavälillä 2023 - 2027.

Sopimukseen sisältyy myös Pohjois-Pohjanmaan sairaanhoitopiirin mahdolliset muut tarvittavat potilassänky- sekä paarihankinnat.

Ensimmäiset tilaukset ajoittuvat alkuvuoteen 2023.

Kaikkia ei hankita kerralla vaan tilaukset jakautuvat hankintakaudelle siten, että suurimmat tilausmäärät

ajoittuvat hankintakauden alkuun.

Tarkemmat tilausajankohdat ja tilausmäärät tarkentuvat myöhemmin.

Sopimusaika on 2 vuotta (mahdolliset optiot 1+1 vuotta).

Mahdollisista optioiden käytöstä päätetään ennen varsianisen sopimuskauden päättymistä.

Päätöksestä ilmoitetaan sopimuskumppaneille 3 kk ennen sopimukauden päättymistä.

Tarjouspyynnön mukaiset tuotteet pyydetään toimittamaan tilaajan tiloihin testaustilaisuuteen missä arvoidaan

tuotteiden toiminnallisia ominaisuusksia vertailua varten.

Alustava ajankohta tilaisuudelle on syys-lokakuu 2022. Tarkempi ajankohta ilmoitetaan myöhemmin.

Vertailuun mukaan pääseminen edellyttää tuotteiden toimittamista tilaisuuteen.
