The scope of the contract includes all management, technical and administrative activities for:

(1) Drafting and processing of the Projects, the associated additional documentation, and BIM modelling for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment for the refurbishment works being the object of this invitation to tender. This also includes a project for furniture distribution and interior decoration at the premises based on the standard furniture at the EUIPO.

The contractor will be responsible for the preparation of all the required documentation to obtain all necessary licences and permits from the start to the commissioning and legalisation;

(2) Carrying out the works. The material execution of the supply and installation works defined in the project, including supplying all the materials, labour and tools. The supply of standard furniture at the EUIPO is excluded;

(3) Maintenance during the warranty period.

The EUIPO is planning to award a contract for drafting the project and subsequent execution of the refurbishment works in the following areas of the AA1 Building, mainly due to the need for the refurbishment of air conditioning installations:

— North end on floor 4,

— South end on floors 4 and 5,

— North and South ends on the roof.
