The purpose of this contract is the provision of the following services:

Line item 1 – Inventory: preparation of the inventory of the buildings and exterior fittings of the Court of Justice.

Line item 2 – Inspections: carrying out inspections in the areas of structural works, finishing works and exterior fittings.

Line item 3 – Ad-hoc services upon request.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Line item 1 – Inventory.

All the services necessary for the development of a detailed and updated inventory of all construction systems and architectural elements of structural works, finishing works and exterior fittings of the court’s properties.

The Services include:

— definition of the detailed structure of the inventory,

— collection of the documents necessary for the creation of the inventory,

— measurements on plan and on site,

— on-site controls,

— summary of information,

— data formatting, database preparation and integration of the inventory into the software chosen by the court for inventory management.

Line item 2 – Inspections.

Carrying out inspections of all construction elements of the structural works, the finishing works and the exterior fittings are included in these services, even if they are not expressly listed in the inventory.

The inspections to be carried out are of two types:

— periodic inspections: inspections planned with a frequency established in the inspection programme;

— non-periodic inspections: inspections not foreseen in the inspection programme, but which the inspector or the court considers necessary to organise.

Line item 3 – Ad-hoc services upon request.

Specific services which must be carried out according to the needs of the results pertaining to preliminary inspections, and which are not included in the other line items.

These services in particular consist of:

— the preparation of reports on the analysis of pathologies or the analysis of the stability of structures;

— carrying out laboratory tests and trials;

— the rental of specific non-habitual measuring instruments;

— carrying out tests or extracting samples on site which require operators or technicians specialised in a specific field.

Two on-site visits are scheduled on Tuesday 20.10.2020 and Thursday 22.10.2020 at 10.00. Tenderers may only participate in one of these visits.

Attendance at the site visit is compulsory and bids from economic operators who have not participated in the visit will be rejected.
