Leverancier zorgt ervoor dat de systemen waarop de software is geïnstalleerd, blijven functioneren, lost storingen op, zodat de continuïteit van de systemen die ervoor zorgen dat de openbare verlichting werkt, gewaarborgd is (hosting). Ook zorgt de leverancier ervoor dat de systemen voldoen aan de laatste eisen op het gebied van cyber security. De leverancier werkt nauw samen met de soft- en hardware (schakelkasten) leverancier teneinde een stabiel toekomstbestendig systeem te realiseren voor de openbare verlichting.
