Saranno ammessi a partecipare alla gara i soggetti individuati dagli art. 3, comma 1, lett. p) del D.Lgs. 50/16, secondo le modalità e le precisazioni contenute negli artt. 45 e ss., che risultino in possesso dei requisiti previsti dal bando e dal paragrafo 5 del disciplinare di gara.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

La ditta appaltatrice dovrà essere in possesso di tutte le autorizzazioni ed iscrizioni necessarie all’espletamento dei servizi richiesti, ai sensi della normativa vigente con riferimento particolare al D.Lgs. 03.04.2006 n.152 s.m.i. e D.M. 03.06.2014 nr.120 s.m.i. (categorie 4f o superiore per il trasporto o categoria 8f o superiore per l’intermediazione).

È richiesta la disponibilità di impianti di trattamento di proprietà/convenzionati, adeguatamente autorizzati per il ricevimento dei rifiuti di che trattasi, al fine di garantire il regolare allontanamento del rifiuto dall’impianto per l’intera durata del contratto e per le quantità oggetto di gara senza soluzione di continuità.
