Procurement of 4 Autoclaves, as well as Service, Maintenance, and Validation Services
The aim of this procurement is to procure autoclaves that have the qualities and systems required to destruct infectious waste such as BSL-3 and viruses in risk group 4 in a cost efficient, flexible, user friendly way with a high safety level.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: The tenderer's ('total') annual turnover for the last three accounting years, or a credit rating

Operate such a business.

Three years experience and can take experience from the period before the last 3 years into consideration.
