EB standard or special surveys consist primarily of in-depth studies on specific topics and analyse long-term trends in attitudes related directly or indirectly to European affairs. The contractor must have the ability to provide all the services described in the surveys in all the countries or territories involved through a network of polling institutes. Ad hoc services are other public analysis-related work as described in point 2.2.4 of the tender specifications. The contractor will be the coordination centre.
