Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften im Vergabeverfahren unverzüglich, spätestens 10 Kalendertage nach erkennen gegenüber der Vegabestelle gerügt werden müssen. Verstöße die in der Bekanntmachung oder den Vergabeunterlagen erkennbar sind, sind spätestens bis zum Ablauf der Angebotsfrist gegenüber der Vergabestelle zu rügen (§ 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 1-3 GWB). Hilft die Auftraggeberin der Rüge in ihrem Antwortschreiben nicht ab, so kann der betreffende Bieter nur innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang des Antwortschreibens der Auftraggeberin ein Nachprüfungsverfahren bei der Vergabekammer beantragen (vgl. § 160 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 4 GWB)
