El suministro objeto de este contrato responde a una necesidad inaplazable, cuya adjudicación debe acelerarse por razones de interés público para garantizar a la mayor brevedad posible, el suministro de materiales de protección al personal municipal, dentro de las medidas preventivas frente a la COVID-19 que se requieren, para poder contener el riesgo de contagio ante la extraordinaria circunstancia de pandemia mundial que se está padeciendo.
