The purpose of this contract is to select one or two suppliers able to offer the FRR an external expertise to monitor and prevent the non-financial risks of securities making up their portfolio and which may have an impact on the reputation of the Fund. Risks for the FRR may arise from the failure of undertakings in which the FRR is invested, of universally recognised principles such as those of the United Nations Global Compact, those of the Sustainable Development Goals, those of good governance but also those of international conventions ratified by France.

— setting up a system of monitoring and alerts on non-financial risks,

— the Council and assistance with regard to the prevention and identification of risks and opportunities from outside the Community.
