Red Kite's plan is to build a range of different tenures which will include a small number of outright sale homes but the main focus is to deliver affordable rented homes.
To deliver its programme, Red Kite Community Housing Ltd (as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future group entities and subsidiaries) wishes to establish a multi-supplier framework of contractors for the construction of new homes in and around the Wycombe area.
