II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Task 1: requires the contractor to deliver yearly a course on government finance statistics and excessive deficit statistics in line with ESA 2010 and the MGDD for an expected audience of maximum 30 participants per course, in Luxembourg. The course duration is 2 times one full-time week (one week in May/June, one week in November/December);

Task 2: requires the contractor to deliver yearly a course on government finance statistics and excessive deficit statistics in line with ESA 2010 and the MGDD for an expected audience of maximum 30 participants per course in one chosen EU Member State as listed in the table below. The course duration is 2 times one full-time week (1 week in May/June, one week in November/December);

Task 3: requires the contractor to update yearly all course material for the main course (Luxembourg course) and the regional course. The course materials include course books (week 1 and week 2), explaining the theory, the exercise and a solutions book (both for week 1 and week 2) plus the slides of all presentations.
