Teilprojekt des vom BMI geförderten Projekts Smart City Modellkommune der Gemeinde Kirchheim. Erfassung und Visualisierung von ca. 17 in anderen Teilprojekten zu generierenden Daten. Erstellung einer Simulationsplattform für diverse Szenarien. Hinterlegung einer georeferenzierten Datenschicht und Erstellung eines KI-Tools zur sinnvollen Teilautomatisierung bauaufsichtlicher Verfahren und der Bauleitplanung.

Quality criterion - Name: Lösungsvorschläge zur Teilautomatisierung für bauaufsichtliche Verfahren, zum Planungstool als sinnvolles Instrument für die Bauleitplanung sowie Softwareeigenschaften. Näheres s. Vergabeunterlagen. / Weighting: 70%
Price - Weighting: 30%
