Anfertigen einer Onlinepräsentation (Redebeitrag und Visualisierung) zum Thema Fassadenbegrünung zur Information von Mitgliedern des Bezirksausschusses sowie Teilnahme an und Durchführung der Präsentation durch den Auftragnehmer.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund aktueller politischer Anforderungen sollen im Zuge der Ausführungsphase noch zusätzliche Fassadenbegrünungen vorgesehen werden, die allerdings unter Berücksichtigung des Terminziels für den Schulbeginn 2022 nicht kurzfristig zu realisieren sind. Die Präsentation des Auftragnehmers mit Sachvortrag und Visualisierung dient der Verteidigung der Entwurfsidee des Auftragnehmers gemäß dem prämierten Wettbewerbserfolg von 2017 vor einem politischen Gremium.

Die Nachtragsleistung ist im ursprünglichen Planungsauftrag nicht enthalten, und stellt eine Änderung des ursprünglichen Planungsauftrags dar, die als besondere Leistung zusätzlich zu vergüten ist.

a) Die Präsentation wurde aufgrund aktueller politischer Anforderungen notwendig.

b) Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist nicht zumutbar, da die Präsentation auf der Grundlage der Entwurfsidee und Planung des Auftragnehemers (prämierter

Wettbewerbserfolg von 2017) erstellt werden muss.

c) Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers wäre mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten verbunden, da eine aufwändige Einarbeitung in den Kenntnisstand der vorhandenen Planung

erforderlich und mit beträchtlichen Zusatzkosten verbunden ist.

d) Die Änderung beträgt ca. 0,26 % bezogen auf den Hauptauftrag und liegt somit unter der 50 %-Grenze des ursprünglichen Auftrags.
