Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Für die Inbetriebnahme des Bauzustandes 6.100 am 29.11.2021, ist es erforderlich die technischen Plätze zu erfassen. Laut Regelwerk erfordert jede IBN das Einpflegen der neuen Anlagenteile in das System (technische Plätze) der DB Netz. Dies ist für Inspektionen und Wartungen der Anlagen erforderlich. Die Bindung eines neuen AN würde den Ibn Termin des ESTW-Angersdorf gefährden.
