The work will consist in developing studies and analyses for DG ENER, on the interaction between macroeconomic trends and energy policies. The work will include 6 tasks:
— Backward and forward-looking analysis of the impacts of the clean energy transition,
— Energy Union context of other macroeconomic trends,
— Analysis of the fiscal and para-fiscal implications of the clean energy transition,
— Analysis of existing approaches for capturing the financing challenge of the energy transition,
— The social dimension of the clean energy transition,
— Macroeconomic implications of the energy transition at regional or sectoral level.
