De Aanbestedende dienst is gemeente Beuningen. Gemeente Beuningen werkt op belastinggebied samen met gemeentelijk belastingkantoor Munitax (hierna te noemen ‘Munitax’). Munitax voert de belastingheffing en uitvoering van de WOZ uit voor de gemeenten Beuningen, Druten, Wijchen, Heumen en Berg en Dal.

Gemeente Beuningen treedt op als penvoerder én aanbestedende dienst namens Munitax in deze aanbestedingsprocedure. Munitax zal opdrachtgeverschap op zich nemen, voor desbetreffende betrokken gemeenten, gedurende de overeenkomst.

De controle op de toeristenbelasting dient te gebeuren in de gemeenten Beuningen, Wijchen en Berg en Dal. Munitax gaat uit van 219 subjecten die gecontroleerd dienen te worden in 3 jaar tijd.
