The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a maximum of two contracts through this tender exercise.
The first contract is for the purchase of a HR and Payroll hosted solution (system and associated support and maintenance service). The size of the workforce is around 8 000 which also includes staff based in and/or working for the schools, Hackney Learning Trust and Hackney Homes. There are up to 120 000 payments per annum and approximately 50 payrolls.
The second contract is for the purchase of an e-recruitment system and the associated support and maintenance service. There were 650 vacancies last year and up to 100 000 applications catered for.
Duration of both contracts will be for an initial term of 5 years with the option to further extend for up to 5 years in 2 instalments of 24 months and a final instalment of 12 months.

It is expected that the contract for the HR/Payroll hosted solution and service will commence on 1.10.2015 and will run initially for 5 years up till 30.9.2020. In addition there will be the option to extend up to a further 5 years in 2 instalments of 24 months and a final instalment of 12 months
It is expected that the contract for the Recruitment System will commence on 1.12.2015 and will run initially for 5 years up till 31.11.2020. In addition there will be the option to extend up to a further 5 years in 2 instalments of 24 months and a final instalment of 12 months.
