II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

You can find a detailed description about the context and the scope of this negotiated procedure under the 'SQ Annex 3_Project Description_MOG2 EPCI Energy Island.pdf' document (accessible via the Sharepoint link mentioned in section I.3)).

This negotiated procedure will be partially financed through the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the European Union ("RRF"). The project must therefore be organised and executed so that it complies to a maximum extent with the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 as well as any other requirement in relation to the RRF. The preservation of the RRF funding is considered as an essential requirement for this negotiated procedure and the execution of the project.
