Banque centrale du Luxembourg carries out this Joint tender procedure as Lead Central Bank, within the context of a cross-border procurement cooperation between the ESCB central banks and certain entitled non-ESCB institutions, as established by Decision ECB/2008/17. For the present joint tender procedure, Banque centrale du Luxembourg has been mandated by the Governing Council of the ECB to carry out the procedure for the benefit of the Beneficiaries in view of establishing a multi-supplier framework contract, with a maximum of three (3) economic operators. An electronic version of the tender documents is made available via the Luxembourg public procurement portal www.marches.public.lu
