The subject of the contract is to provide personal assistance, advice and support for visitors to the ‘Experience Europe’ (Erlebnis Europa) permanent exhibition. The exhibition is open from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 18.00. The opening hours are valid for the entire year. The entrance is free of charge.

The exhibition is only closed on the 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. About 150 000 visitors are expected annually. The audience consists of both Berliners and tourists from all over the world.
