This call for tenders is inter-institutional.
 In addition to the European Commission itself, the resulting contracts will apply to the 30 awarding authorities listed in Annex A, all of which are EU institutions, agencies and bodies. The resulting framework contracts might also be used by any other EU institution, agency or body that will be created on the basis of the treaties or secondary Union law within the duration of the contracts.
 For the execution of the framework contracts in lot 3, a reopening competition mechanism will apply.
 The total value of lot 3 amounts to 10 360 350 EUR, of which:
 — 3 087 617 EUR represents the market amount for the European Commission and 5 102 383 EUR represents the market amount for the 30 EUIs listed in Annex A,
 — 1 228 500 EUR represents a 15 % financial reserve for the European Commission and the other 30 awarding authorities listed in Annex A, all of which are EU institutions, agencies and bodies,
 — 941 850 EUR represents a 10 % financial reserve for the EUIs that will be created on the basis of the treaties or secondary Union law within the duration of the contracts.
