The general objectives of this call are to contract the maintenance of interoperability tests in a testing tool (Gazelle testing tool) and patient summary and ePrescription documents in a document management tool (Art-Decor tool) during eHealth DSI. Gazelle and Art-Decor are open source tools and used as reference in this call for tender specification. The tenderer may propose other tools if they fulfil the requirements. Both tools will be procured using software as a service model including all hardware and software costs and updates of necessary software to new versions during the contract period.
The contractor should also provide assistance in organising testing events in the European Commission facilities for the Member States and offer ad hoc consultation/training regarding interoperability testing.
