Tunnelling and Civil Works for Tunnel No 4 on Stalac-Djunis Railway Section
The scope of the procurement is design and construction of tunnelling works for single bored double-track Tunnel No 4 (tunnel tube length L=3 275 m), evacuation tunnels (length L=310 m + 255 m + 815 m) and access roads ‘P3’ (length L=286 m) and ‘P4’ (length L=1 445 m).
The works will be implemented under FIDIC Conditions of contract for plant and design – build (Yellow Book, First Edition – 1999).
Republic of Serbia, Rasina District of Central Serbia, municipality of city Cicevac.
Scope of the procurement includes design-build activities for tunnelling and civil works for Tunnel No 4, three evacuation tunnels and two access roads on Belgrade-Nis railway line, Stalac-Djunis Section, and will be consisted (but not limited to) the following main activities:
— preparation of design documentation in accordance with the Serbian regulations;
— tunnelling and construction of the single bored double-track Tunnel No 4 with three evacuation tunnels and two access roads;
— construction of the tunnel using the NATM design and construction method;
— the scope of the Works includes all necessary tunnelling and civil works, but not track superstructure, electrification, signaling and telecommunication.

A maximum of one (1) legal representative per participating tenderer may attend the opening session. Tenderers shall inform the procuring entity in writing via e-mail to email@example.com of their intention to attend, at least 48 hours prior to the opening session.
