Rent Smart Wales are putting together an all Wales bid to the Warm Homes Fund, to address properties with an ‘F’ or ‘G’ rated energy performance certificate in the private rented sector. Rent Smart Wales (as part of Cardiff Council) will be the lead authority in the bid, and would like to work with a commercial organisation in order to put the bid together. If the bid is successful, this organisation would then lead on the administration and management of the project.

We are seeking to appoint a competent consultant with specialist knowledge and experience of energy efficiency. The requirement is for the awarded consultant to put together a bid for funding from the Warm Homes Fund including all administration, project management and marketing.

The successful supplier will be responsible for the administration of the project, working in conjunction with Rent Smart Wales and local authorities.
