Provision of Cleaning Services
The successful tenderer will provide the following main services:
— clean the premises of the contracting authority;
— furnish all cleaning supplies (detergent, glass cleaner, disinfectant, polish, etc.) and operational material;
— distribute all consumable supplies (e.g. toilet tissues, paper towels, soap and garbage disposal bags);
— preparation of meeting rooms;
— window cleaning upon request;
— monitor, supervise and organise cleaning services (schedule, control check, etc.).
The contracting authority's premises or any other place indicated in the tender documents.
The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of cleaning services to the contracting authority. The procedure will result in the conclusion of multiple framework contracts in cascade with a maximum of three contractors.
The contract(s) resulting from the award of this call for tenders will be concluded for at most 48 months. The details of the initial contract duration and possible renewals are set out in Article I.3 of the draft contract.
Tenders may be submitted in any of the EU official languages, but preferably in English.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must prove that they have legal capacity to perform the contract and the regulatory capacity to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders. The legal and regulatory capacity shall be proven by the evidence listed below:
• proof of enrolment in a relevant trade or professional register;
• proof of authorisation that the tenderer is authorised to perform the contract in its country of establishment.
