The Court of Justice has decided to launch this invitation to tender for the award of a contract for the provision of removal services for the various administrative bodies of the Court of Justice with regard to the vacating of the premises of the building T/T bis and the occupation of the new Tower C of its building complex, currently under construction.
The assignment has five component parts:
— coordination and preparatory work for removals,
— provision of diverse equipment (trucks, lifting equipment, trolleys, boxes, etc.),
— removal services per se,
— coordination of disconnection and reconnection of telephones, PCs and printers,
— coordination of cleaning services.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance, coordination and monitoring of removal services for the staff of the various departments of the Court of Justice, as well as removal services for the various administrative bodies of the Court of Justice with regard to the vacating of the premises of the building T/T bis and the occupation of the new Tower C of its building complex, currently under construction.
The contract will include, but not be limited to, two aspects: preparation of the removals and the removals per se, including associated services.
